Friendly and helpful staff always willing to give a helpful hand
Purchased a duvet cover and 2 shams for almost $300.00. Asked about return policy and was told 90 days and told not to put my duvet in the cover as that would void the return policy.The cover had deep wrinkles in the design that I could not iron out so I gently washed it and the wrinkles were still there. I took it back to the store and was told the deep wrinkles would not show if I put my duvet in it and now that I had washed it, not returnable. Figure this out or just shop elsewhere !
Love this store! They are so helpful and friendly. Had to return something recently and they were very responsive via email and were super helpful overall.
Excellent customer service!!!! Beyond happy with the service and help I received from Wendy and Randi. ( i am a difficult shopper who can never make my mind up, but Wendy made is so easy for me ) Will recommend to friends and family!!!!
