I had a very disappointing shopping experience at QE Home. While I was shopping for bath towels, the sales associate who was helping me suddenly left halfway through to serve other customers without properly finishing assisting me first. It felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. What shocked me even more was during checkout. My total was $23.70, and I asked if I could purchase a gift card, use the gift card toward the purchase, and then pay the remaining $3.70 in cash. Thank you Maryam and Fauozia for their great help! I bought 4 pillows at the other shop but the pillows are too high for my kids to use. I have washed 2 of them so have to keep them but I hope to return the other 2. It was final sale but Maryam and Fauozia helped me to do exchange so that it won’t become a waste! Thanks so much for their great help and friendly service! I recommended everyone to buy at this shop as they have very good service.
I had incredible service at the Oshawa store. Maria and her staff were very friendly. I was able to find all the sheets I was looking for. The store was beautiful, I would highly recommend my friends and family to shop at the Oshawa Center store.
