I had incredible service at the Oshawa store. Maria and her staff were very friendly. I was able to find all the sheets I was looking for. The store was beautiful, I would highly recommend my friends and family to shop at the Oshawa Center store.

I absolutely love my experience shopping at QE their customer service is amazing! One of the sales representative Faouzia really helped me a lot picking me the right duvet cover set l. I am really happy with my purchase.
Worker put item back immediately after telling us the price before we could even touch it to see if we like it or not. Threw item on the ground. Okay I get it that the storage is quite high but as a customer I didn’t really expect the item I’m about to purchase to be literally THROWN onto the ground. Will not come again. Seems like worker does not want to work here or company does not pay enough for them to pretend they want to work here.
