Sonia at the QE Home Coquitlam Store provided me with exceptional VIP Customer Service and I ended up purchasing $500 worth of duvet covers and coverlets! Sonia was knowledgeable, friendly, smart, kind, and caring! She listened to what I needed and she knew exactly what to show me as well as locate the items! I have purchased bedding from QE Home previously so was already aware of its quality. I will be recommending Sonia to my family and friends should they have bedding needs this Winter and Spring!
Not worth the cost ! Bought sheet set, and it lasted 6 months !! Just buy cheap sheets off of Amazon, they last longer then these guys
We really enjoyed our visit today. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, nice comfy bedding. We will be back!
regrettably i spent hundreds of dollars of quality bedsheets and followed washing instructions only to be disappointed… unbelievable how a $200 bedsheet could end up lasting only 12 months. this store is a scam
