Excellent experience visiting this store. Canadian company with a beautiful array of patterns and linens for sheets and great quality products. What really matters is that the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Absolutely will be shopping here again when we need something in the future.
Sadly you can’t hit zero stars… I just had the most unpleasant experience at the Kingston location. I went in to do a return not realizing there wasn’t one, all sales final. The woman who later identified herself as the manger couldn’t be bothered to turn around and face me as she spoke because at first I thought it was a joke and when she finally did turn around I asked is she was serious, the way she said it I thought maybe it was a joke, after she came off as annoyed I politely asked for corporate number to explain my cas... read more
