(FEB 28 + MAR 1, 2025) Huge thank you to Sharon at the St. Albert location. She was incredibly helpful to my husband and I. Her tips and suggestions completely transformed our sleeping situation. Our previous bedding (different company) was way too heavy and hot for our room. We got a fantastic sleep last night, and can now sleep cool and comfortably. Went back today to get a cooling pillow. Thanks again Sharon :)
I did really love this store, and I love the other ones in Edmonton, however unfortunately literally every single employee at this location is TERRIBLE. I have not met one helpful, or nice employee there since they came to St. Albert. Terrible customer service, always breathing down your neck and just very unhelpful. don’t bother asking if they have anything in the back lol. They are absolutely terrible with exchanging items. Excellent service with Kelly. My apologies if names are spelled wrong. Answered all my questions, very knowledgeable and patient. Def recommend St. Albert location. Mardrie was very pleasant to talk to as well.
Wonderful staff and so helpful ! Knowledgeable and friendly. I thought customer service was a thing of the past, these lovely ladies showed us I was wrong.
