In response to the reply I got : I AM apart of the loyalty program. They were able to see the recent purchase on their end and they still refused to help me in any way/shape or form. Basically told me, well, you’re outta luck too bad. Again, ignorant and unhelpful. The other store in Edmonton immediately helped and was extremely apologetic for the way the St. Albert location handled it. (FEB 28 + MAR 1, 2025) Huge thank you to Sharon at the St. Albert location. She was incredibly helpful to my husband and I. Her tips and suggestions completely transformed our sleeping situation. Our previous bedding (different company) was way too heavy and hot for our room. We got a fantastic sleep last night, and can now sleep cool and comfortably. Went back today to get a cooling pillow. Thanks again Sharon :)
