Was on my to a big “well known” wholesaler but decided to stop in at QE Home in St Albert first. I came in knowing absolutely nothing about bedding. Sharon was very knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me understand the difference in all the different types of duvet’s and sheets. She knew the right questions to ask in order to help me decide. Very satisfied with my choices and I highly recommended shopping here.
I highly recommend it to everyone who is hoping to sleep well with luxury bedding! High quality, worth the price !
In response to the reply I got : I AM apart of the loyalty program. They were able to see the recent purchase on their end and they still refused to help me in any way/shape or form. Basically told me, well, you’re outta luck too bad. Again, ignorant and unhelpful. The other store in Edmonton immediately helped and was extremely apologetic for the way the St. Albert location handled it.
