We attended QDOS clinic just recently for a second opinion after our 12 week anatomy scan came back not as positive as we were hoping for at SKG. This was a quick last minute referral from our doctor as we nervous and wanted a second opinion ASAP instead of waiting for another scan at 16 weeks as per doctors recommendations. Upon arrival the receptionists were pleasant. Went to QDOS for a 7 weeks scan. My partner and i got out of there feeling defeated, stressed out and more anxious than when we walked in there. After reading the reviews about Dr Bev Hewitt well to no surprise she was rude no compassion and no bed side manner. Although we saw a baby a strong heart beat but baby was measuring small. She didnt say one positive thing about the ultrasound she made us feel its was a failed pregnancy already. The most lovely waiting room I think I’ve ever been in, the lighting and fish tank was so calming. The two doctors who did my ultrasounds were so caring, professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Receptionist was lovely. This is the benchmark for women’s health care. Highly recommend!
My daughter had an appointment and Kristy was so calm, knowledgeable and really made the whole visit straight forward. Thank you.
