Terrible customer service. Online order for pickup was a nightmare. No toppings on bowl.. huge chunks of fat!
I went to to buy a burrito around 7:30 the employee give and excessive amount of guacamole to the person in from of me so went I ask for guacamole there wasn’t any more so I ask the cashier why there’s not more she said well if we get busy we can make more so I said still early you guys closed at 10:00 pm she look a me like she doesn’t care so I ask for the manager name she give to me went attitude . I love Qdoba but everything time is something with the rude employees. I wouldn’t come back.
Salem VA Main street location. Take out was called in for pick up. When I arrived the order was ready. However one young girl was behaving like she was on a power trip. I gave my name she said okay it will be a min. There was at least 5 people working. One girl tried to get our my order. They other made a point to tell her No sharply. She said that can wait take orders. The girl did as she was told to do. We waited they took at least 15 orders.
