Had run in with the general manager of the store who informed me that he was the new manager and that the old one was gone. He was very unprofessional, he was rude, and abrupt. I ended up leaving my order and not getting anything and walking out. Horrible customer service, horrible attitude, and overall rude in general. Will not go back to that location whatsoever.
Called the store here in Alexandria and got no help at all. Just an excuse. Chips were way overrated and yet the manager i spoke with took no accountability. Said that's not possible, never oversalted!!! Wtf? Burrito was missing sour cream, guacamole and extra meat!!! The Burrito bowl didn't even have a teaspoon of guacamole!!! $66 bucks later and we're still hungry. Do better Quadoba. Will be calling corporate.
