You're staff members couldn't care less what business they lose! I visited my local restaurant to picked up 2 orders for my staff members. Both ordered online. I get to the restaurant tell the young man thr 2 names....he tells me he only has one of the two. Deserves a negative. Finally went back after they removed the gumbo bowl from the menu n ordered a chicken burrito. HUGE mistake. The chicken was processed cut up cubes of frozen fake chicken w/a rubberized texture. No flavor and a waste of $17 bc they chrg extra for extra fake chicken! Do NOT waste ur money. So sorry I went.
Had run in with the general manager of the store who informed me that he was the new manager and that the old one was gone. He was very unprofessional, he was rude, and abrupt. I ended up leaving my order and not getting anything and walking out. Horrible customer service, horrible attitude, and overall rude in general. Will not go back to that location whatsoever.
