COTTLEVILLE, MO WORST STORE ORDER IS ALWAYS MESSED UP I NEVER GET EVERYTHINIG I PAY FOR FINALLY CALLED CAUSE WHEN YOU ORDER ONLINE THE DELIVER THROUGH DOORDASH BUT THERE IS NO HOW WAS YOUR ORDER. I FINALLY AFTER 10+ MESS UP CALLED THE MANAGER JENNIFER I CALLED HER 12/12/2025@ 1:12PM SHE IGNORED ME COMPLETELY SAID OK AFTER I SPOKE LISTENING TO NOTHING AND DID NOT ATTEMPT TO HELP ME IN ANYWAY SOME MANAGER. DRIVER WAS THE ONLY PERSOPN HELPFUL AND HE DOESNT WORK FOR YOUR COMPANY.
I went to to buy a burrito around 7:30 the employee give and excessive amount of guacamole to the person in from of me so went I ask for guacamole there wasn’t any more so I ask the cashier why there’s not more she said well if we get busy we can make more so I said still early you guys closed at 10:00 pm she look a me like she doesn’t care so I ask for the manager name she give to me went attitude . I love Qdoba but everything time is something with the rude employees. I wouldn’t come back.
You're staff members couldn't care less what business they lose! I visited my local restaurant to picked up 2 orders for my staff members. Both ordered online. I get to the restaurant tell the young man thr 2 names....he tells me he only has one of the two. I asked him to check the system because the last time this happened, the order was there, just never came up on the screen.I go out to my car to obtain my cell phone to show him I have the copy of the receipt and im instantly told to "calm my attitude".
