1★ I brought my car to QD Auto in Mississauga for front tire replacement and asked the receptionist, James, to inspect the vehicle with me beforehand, there was no damage and I further requested him to let the technician know to be careful. After the replacement, both front rims (the only ones worked on) were damaged by the technician. When I raised it immediately, James denied responsibility and initially withheld the work order. They sold me lemon forester and broke down on 404, do never trust or even ever approach this place.when I asked for the warranty and they rejected
Wish we could give 'zeros stars'. The new owners are terrible! Our family used to go all the time under the previous owners. They charge to see the issue, do not fix it, you come back with the same issue and they will not fix it. Save your money and time!
