Stayed for work. Management attitude towards guests leaves a lot to be desired. Manager and some staff seem to harbour a mine CEO entitlement and moral superiority complex. Entire camp has a distinct "prison" feel to it, video surveillance at every corner on every walkway. Rooms are average. Know of several requests for repairs made by guests through the correct channels, seemingly ignored even after several lodgements. Rooms are very average and definitely need an air freshener. The food this time around has been barely edible apart from breakfast.. it's a bit hard to mess up bacon and eggs 🤦♀️.
I always look forward to staying at Qcv Sarina. Friendly staff and they allow me to choose my room. Thankyou
