Our family has had multiple new homes in the South Bay from multiple builders. In every home in the first year, we’ve had various issues you’d expect from new construction (nails popping through walls, cracks due to leveling, tiles cracked, water leaks, etc.) You name an issue, we’ve had it, but again to be expected.
