Would definitely recommend Dr Chu. He was extremely thorough, explaining in detail the procedure and post care. Was amazing with my son and immediately made him feel comfortable speaking to him with respect and empathy.
Reception was not friendly or informative. Dr Safaie was running late and my consultation felt rushed. I was not given the opportunity to ask questions about my treatment plan and my skin concerns. The treatment plan was not given in detail and Dr Safaie reiterated that he knows what he's doing and it will be a series of treatments. I was handed and invoice for a fraxel laser treatment and a three page printout about the laser and pre and post procedure.
