I found Shaun and needed a trailer. He answered all of my questions very fast and thorough. Upon arrival he had everything I needed ready and made the whole experience awesome. The trailer pulls like a dream. I will be back to see you next time!
I called to ask about the trailer at noon and scheduled to see it at 6 pm. I was running early and Shaun was happy to meet at 4. When I arrived Shaun had the trailer up front ready for me to check over. Needless to say the new trailer was perfect so I paid he did the paperwork and hooked the trailer to my truck and answered a few more questions for me and down the road I went. I look forward to buying again as this was the easiest purchase I have ever made and a quality fair price also.
Purchased a new trailer Last week the next day, the back door fell off, completely, completely detached. Called Shaun He seemed sympathetic at the time and called the company thinking that we would get a Replacement so he said. The company called us back in two days and discussed options. They too said we should be able to trade it for a different one.Shaun Had on his lot. Shaun Refused to cooperate us to deal with the problem.
