I had a very disappointing experience with QC Kinetix. I was told one price, but after I signed the contract, the cost went up drastically. When I tried to get the issue fixed, the communication completely went sideways. I was given incorrect information multiple times, hung up on twice, and one staff member even laughed at me, which felt extremely unprofessional and hurtful. Jason and staff are extremely helpful , caring and professional. I can’t speak highly enough of them. The treatment I received gave me a vast improvement in my health. I couldn’t walk without a 8-9 pain level in my knees. After my treatment I am gaining strength and no longer hobble. I would put my pain level at a 0-1. I am able to exercise now and enjoy getting my life back. I can’t thank them enough!
