I have had a great experience at QC Kinetix. The staff is friendly and answers my questions and any concerns. My mobility has improved and the pain is nearly gone from my knee. I would recommend anyone who is having joint pain to visit and try their treatment plan.
Bad! Started with a consult to discuss pain with some guy, I was told first treatment was free. Then with two ladies to discuss how they would do the injection. I have bursitis which I discussed with the two ladies. The PA used her pen to point out my bursa, on an anatomy poster on the wall. She pointed to the Femoral Head, not either of the two bursas in the hip. The Trochanteric Bursitis is where my pain comes from.... way off with her pen. I recently had PRP therapy here and was very impressed. The treatment was quick and relatively painless, and the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout the process. I was surprised to already feel pain relief the next day, and their follow up communication has been excellent. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend QC Kinetix to anyone considering alternative therapy!
