I called and cancelled my appointment because I had transportation issues. Over a year later I got a call at 7 a.m. for WHAT? I yelled st him and hung up! That's too early to call for any reason when the person cancelled to begin with. I'd never been to the place. What's he doing? Telemarketing? What? No he was being rude waking people.up at 7 in the morning waking people.up.
My wife had a torn rotator cuff. The surgeon insisted she needed surgery. With her schedule and patient load shedding did not find surgery to be her best option. She went to QC Kinetix and within 3 injections was feeling much better with decreased pain and improved range of motion. She received her final injection today and is so pleased with her progress. The staff at QC Kinetix are amazing and caring, and they treat you like family. My husband was having extreme back pain and was to the point that he was crawling to the bathroom. He already had lower back surgery in 2007 and was not wanting to do that again. We heard about QC Kinetix on the radio and had to try something. My husband felt relief after the very first injection.
