We are pleased with our whole house fan! My husband's parents had one from the 90's and we always loved the concept, especially living in costal CA! I searched for a long time to find a company who supplied these and I found Quiet Cool. A little background - I called the number on the main Quiet Cool website and spoke to the main manufacturing location. They were great. Early in the time of arrival. Had a fan blade break under warranty and it was a 195.00 service call. In and out in under 30 minutes. My electric bill was going to be so much worse without this getting fixed. So thankful.
