Overall work was good. Communication and courtesy too. However they charged me an extra 40% of the total man-work cost to remove a few bushes out of the way. It was an extra 30min work. So how can you charge 40% of the original cost for just more 30min? I felt this wasn't honest and they tried to take advantage of the situation, since I couldn't say no. They even wanted to charge more than that, I tried to negotiate it down, but still overcharged work.
First, QC is a just sales company, they don’t build anything. I thought I was hiring an established construction company. You may get a professional and experienced crew or you may get a couple guys in an unmarked van. The same crews work for different companies also. You could call 3 different companies and get the same people. We paid almost $11k for a 390ft fence and demo of an old fence. I expected better quality and better consistency.
