Would be 5 star if not for Austin. The crew was doing a great job when Austin showed up in the afternoon and informed me that his crew would not do something simple that was agreed to before the job started. When I told him that Chase and I had an agreement Austin said he didn't care and then lied and told me that Chase, the QC rep who negotiated the job with me, worked for HIM.
