Shocking lack of communication. Do not stick to time frames and never answer the phone. Any issues after construction, forget about support from Qattro!
Less than a year after the 5 year general warranty expiration on my townhouse, I became aware of water leakage issues from my balcony into the garage below. I'm now aware of at least 6 other townhouses in the complex with the same issue. The issues also extend to bathrooms in some of the townhouses. Qattro has resealed my balcony but will not address the underlying issues of failed waterproofing membrane, cracked grouting and depressions in the tile surface which cause water to pool. Our experience has been similar to most other reviews. Communication has been poor, we’re still waiting on our home from 2020 which has been nothing more than a slab. When contacted about the extreme financial and emotional distress qattro delays are causing, we often don’t get a response or are told our experience is actually ‘good’ in the current COVID climate.
