I had a very bad experience while communicating with one of their employees, Greg. He asked me to wait for one and a half weeks as he was unavailable until December 1st, and I agreed. But even after that, he responded very rudely, which felt completely unprofessional. This is not the kind of service or communication I expected. Very disappointed.
