Pretty slow with patients in front and filling out forms. No ac in the summer.
They never answer their phone....
Called them if they can order inhaler for me. They said I have to see them cause it’s been a long time. I told them last time I had an appointment I waited 45 minutes and then left without seeing the doctor. I asked the representative what’s the point to have appointments. It was 2 months ago. She said, “if I called them this morning for fight” she hung up on me saying go to emergency. I don’t know what to tell y’all but if y’all go there prepare yourself for hours of delay. Doctors are good but the management is trash.
Had a telegealth appointment through WNY medical. This person is insulting and will not help you. It was so bad I reported it to my insurance carrier.
