The owner is awesome and very knowledgeable in her pursuit to enhance each clients physical fitness, health and overall well-being! Her training is top notch and very professional!
I have been attending Q and A Fitness for 18 months. Anna is a fantastic trainer! She is attentive to each of us while we are working out by making sure our form is correct. Anna also genuinely gets excited when we achieve a personal best. The other Q and A members are so supportive and encouraging. We are so lucky to have this “gem” in our community!

I have nothing but good things to say about Q&A! Anna is very knowledgeable and always provides a great workout! Always takes the time to answer questions and never makes you feel inferior. Highly recommend if you need a little more accountability and/or motivation to start (or continue!) your health journey!
Q&A is a wonderful gym to attend. Anna has a way to build workouts that challenge you but feel so rewarding afterwards. Everyone is also so welcoming and supportive of each other. I'm so glad I found this place!
