The service started out ok. The lady began to clip my cuticles but decided to also chop off half the skin on my thumb, making me bleed. She began to dab the blood with a white towel which is pretty gross considering this towel would be used on other clients. Throughout the service, instead of telling me to put my hands under the lamp, she just shoved them backward. Daughter and I went in today (22nd of October) and had an amazing experience, absolutely lovely staff and funny too, definitely my new regular go to salon, great prices too especially for the designs we got 🤌
The women working there are very rude and not friendly at all. When we came, they were loud speaking their language and eyeing us. We came at 4pm and they close at 5:30pm but they were sooo upset we showed up with no booking but had no problem when other people came after us. Customer service very poor, if I could give no star rating I 100% would. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
