Q1 have been looking after my father for several years now . The staff are lovely and caring, and the managers have always done their utmost to accommodate his changing needs, sometimes at very short notice which has been so helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others who need care for their loved ones.
From the first assessment on to the regularly changing care needs of my father, who is now approaching end of life, Q1Care have been with us all the way. From a client and carer point of view, Q1 have been great throughout the whole process. When my grandad was unwell, they did everything they could to make sure his needs were met. Now I work with them, I really have realised what a great company they are. I am always supported, the office team and my colleagues are all so wonderful, and really do care for our clients. They really are a brilliant care company!
I really enjoy working for Q1 as a home carer, we have some wonderful clients and a really supportive group of carers. The office are always on hand should you need them. I would definitely recommend Q1 to anyone either looking for some care for their loved ones or to even get into care themselves!
Our office management point of contact is very helpful, quick & efficient in responding to issues and personal arrangements. The carers for dad are lovely and provide excellent care for his medical needs, personal hygiene and house care. He was opposed to the idea of carers to begin with but they make him feel pampered, so he's come around to the idea which wasn't easy. It's a relief for family members to know he is in such considerate & capable hands. Thank you Q1.
