The worst experience I have with this Q1 medical centre. The receptionist was so rude and very unprofessional in behaviour even he doesn’t know about the usual procedures at Q1 medical centre Highpoint. I am so disappointed. I would never recommend this centre to anybody.

I recently tested positive for COVID-19 and, understandably, I urgently called the medical centre first thing in the morning to book a phone appointment.However, I encountered an unpleasant experience with the stuck up individual at the reception named Combo. He is an absolute twerp.To my dismay, I discovered that my phone appointment had been canceled without any prior notification. I waited for almost 50 minutes, he told me that I said to him to cancel my appointment if I had to wait another 10 min. This is a lie. how is t... read more
