I went to see Susan for an opinion on two teeth. What I did not ask for was a teeth clean. I had to insist that she stops. But nevertheless she charged a lot for the cleaning she started. I was shocked. My son had a tooth extraction done by her. When he went to the specialist to get an implant it came to light that she left a piece of root after the extraction which festered and was infected. Edit: 4 years later and my now 13 year old got his braces today. His confidence in one day has been phenomenonal. No pain just one happy kid who actually adores his dentist. I can't recommend Susan highly enough. I have been 3 times and each time has been stress free and pain free. She is very gentle and ensures that your experience is comfortable. Very professionally undertook a pretty niche procedure for my condition. This was even after I had to push the appointment a day further on short notice with a phone call to a very patient receptionist. You can tell this woman cares a lot about her work.
Dr. Susan was amazing with my 6yo. Highly recommended.
