Edit: 4 years later and my now 13 year old got his braces today. His confidence in one day has been phenomenonal. No pain just one happy kid who actually adores his dentist. I can't recommend Susan highly enough. I have been 3 times and each time has been stress free and pain free. She is very gentle and ensures that your experience is comfortable. Very professionally undertook a pretty niche procedure for my condition. This was even after I had to push the appointment a day further on short notice with a phone call to a very patient receptionist. You can tell this woman cares a lot about her work.
Dr. Susan was amazing with my 6yo. Highly recommended.
I visited Susan at Q1 Dental yesterday and was extremely pleased with the care I received. Alex's warm welcome at reception set me up for a comfortable experience in the exam room. As Susan and Maha did their work I really appreciated the commentary, "Pressing your tongue now. Going close to the gum. Removing staining. This might feel sensitive. Hang on for 2 more seconds." And regular small breaks even though I hadn't asked for them. It was obvious that the comfort of their patients was built in to their practices.
