BEST SERVICE EVER!! We were a 1000 miles away from home visiting related in Georgetown and had serious brake issues. The owner, Waseem, fit us into his VERY busy garage the same day and personally completed the work. Wasseem is experienced, kind and genuine. It is the best service we have ever had and HIGHLY recommend Q1 Auto Service!!!
I had a really good experience. I scheduled an appointment for a car inspection last week, and the inspected the car with really good attention to detail and precision.
I had a very disappointing and unethical experience with Q1 Auto service in Milton. I clearly requested an original part, and they confirmed they would install it. However, they deliberately installed a generic (non-original) part without my knowledge or consent. Even worse, they replaced a part that was fully functional. After taking it to the original manufacturer, I was told the part was in perfect working condition and did not require replacement. This constitutes clear deception and commercial fraud.
Pleasantly surprising experience! Waseem was so helpful and calm in listening and explaining the issues with my car. My car was checked in detail and they took good care of it. It’s rare to find a place where the mechanics and owners are not looking to rip you off for the money. Would reach out again in case of future service !
Q1 is #1!!!! My car was the first one in this shop to be safetied under the new digital regulations by the government of Ontario, the process took a little longer than expected because of all the back and forth with the ministry, Waseem and Almas were very apologetic even though it's not their fault, and they 'took care' of me, also I feel the shop is very honest because my safety passed without any needed repairs. I will recommend my friends and family to go to their new location Georgetown when it opens in December.
