I dealt with Q1 Auto Service multiple times to repair my vehicle, but unfortunately it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an auto shop. Initially, they told me that the temperature sensor was faulty and needed replacement. I clearly requested an original OEM part, but instead they installed an aftermarket/generic part.
