I'm extremely disappointed with Q1 Auto Parts. I purchased a part for my Honda civic, but it turned out to be faulty and didn't fit properly. To make matters worse, the price was outrageously high. The staff seemed uninterested in helping me with the issue, and their return policy was unclear. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. Save your money and shop elsewhere! *Red flags:* - Faulty part - Overpriced - Poor customer service - Unclear return policy *Buyer beware!*
The part was in amazing condition, much better than I expected for the age of the car and the staff were super friendly and helpful too. They suggested a mechanic and even helped me get the part over to them when I couldn't lift it!
I had a very disappointing experience with Q1 Auto Parts. I called them in the morning to ask about a part for a 2022 Toyota Corolla. They confirmed they had it, so I drove there and waited for 20 minutes. After all that, they told me they couldn’t find the part and asked me to come back in 30 minutes. Later, I got a text saying the part was actually missing. They completely wasted my time and were not organized at all. I wouldn’t recommend relying on them.
