This is the worst service I have ever experienced. The staff were unprofessional, lacked knowledge of the rules, and demonstrated very poor communication.
Very poor service, called up, they confirmed they had the part and that I could come collect it. Took time off work and drove all the way there, got there and the car was not accessible. Then waited 3 days for them to get back to me, only to tell me the part was missing. Staff are uninterested, no apology. Will stick to places like Brisbane Car Parts, well organised, courteous, have good systems in place and don't waste your time.
