1 month and still waiting for them to start repairing. Not happy. 24/07/2025 Gave them a call couple of days ago and was told the car will be ready in a day. Called again the day and was told it will take another week. Simply unprofessional. Shame on you NRMA for using them.
I’m very disappointed with the experience I had. I got my car back with multiple electronic issues that weren’t there when I left it – including non-functional front and reverse cameras, unresponsive buttons, the screen not turning on, and even the clock showing the wrong time. On top of that, the communication was poor. I had to repeatedly follow up myself to find out when my car would be ready, only for the date to keep getting pushed back with no clear explanation. Absolutely disappointing. 2 months without a car. These guys keep adding two weeks. Definitely gave me the impression that they kept pushing my job down the order. Not sure why NRMA use them.

My experience with Q West was exceptional and throughout the entire process of my mother's car repair journey was very successful. Shaddy was very friendly and responsive, reassured my mother that her car would be delivered to her as the collision never happened I would like to thank Shaddy and his team for amazing work on my mum’s car putting a smile on her face tells her appreciation thank you
