Asian man that works there is rude and abnoxious. Really doesn’t know how to speak to people with respect. Staff speak very little English very frustrating environment to interact specifically about what you want. Don’t reccomend if you care about good service.
Went for a mani/pedi. Felt like i was on an assembly line. A friend and i went together, booked an appointment, so it’s not like we just showed up. Sat us in the chairs, only one tech, so we didnt get to visit together. We told the man we wanted regular polish, he brings over the swatches which surprise are for shellac. The regular polish is on the wall. Fun, since our feet were wet. I asked for black nails, i like short dark nails. Tech didnt ask what shape i wanted, didnt seem friendly at all. Very friendly staff. It’s clean and my nail tech didn’t rush me last time I was there. Will definitely be going there from now on
Went there yesterday to get a pedi and decided to also get a set of new acylic nails. Pedi was okay but the young lady that served me could hardly speak english so it was difficult to communicate what i wanted and she clearly was lacking experience as she layed a thick layer of product on my nails and used excessily the drill and file to remove most of it...result still today my fingers are still on fire and are so sensitive.
