I was scammed. My wife purchased a package of six laser hair removal sessions. After the sixth visit, the staff did not inform us that the package had ended. My initial issue began with a voucher (purchased via Ilumae) that the Miranda clinic staff could not successfully process due to a missing code/barcode and a system issue. I approached the new Narellan branch months later, hoping the problem was resolved and I could finally use my remaining balance for sun spot removal. I was very wrong.
