From choosing the textiles to discussing my choice of design, colors etc., all made smooth and easy with Q’s experience and wisdom. With regard to customer service, top-notch there as well. The jacket originally was a relaxed fit, so it needed to be heavily altered to fit slim and contouring the way I wanted.
