My phone unexpectedly crashed and I was turned away from 3 businesses saying they wouldn't help unless it would turn on which I wasn't able to do. I was extremely worried I had lost everything, and convinced my phone was done for which whatever I accepted that. So I was out to look for someone to retrieve my data even tho it couldn't charge.
