I took my pc to Q tech this morning to fix a problem. It was fixed very quickly. Very friendly staff and service. They didn’t charge me anything! I highly recommend Q tech to anyone. I would definitely go back! 👍👍👍
They were quick and easy to talk to
I brought the tablet sent to me by the corporate we are partnered with. The tablet was Google FRP locked, and they were able to unlock it! This was actually the second store we visited since the first one couldn’t do anything about it. Highly recommended!
Took a PS4 pro for an HDMI port repair. They changed the port but it didnt work when I tried it at home. I was able to follow up and they repaired the issue. They were great!! They let me know they have a 30 day warranty for repairs and gave me a new HDMI cord. I would highly recommend for any game system repairs or other electronic repairs
Took a PS4 pro for an HDMI port repair. They changed the port but obviously didnt check if it worked because it didnt work, so likely something else is the issue. I would have appreciated if they actually checked it before having me pick it up, I havent had a chance to take it back and see if they are willing to do further investigation. Owner followed up with me which was great will update after.
