Really has gone downhill since they switched to Cooper. Staff is not knowledgeable on basic parts. Also very slow, it took one of the employees 45 minutes to get a very simple order together for me. The old staff would have been done in 10. Can't keep coming here unfortunately, I have a business to run.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, both over the phone and in store. Provided me the correct part at a competitive price, would definitely shop here again.
