So thankful for the wonderful experience that rory provided at Q Suzuki. Was my first time purchasing a new car and was very pleased with the service I received from Rory. Great genuine guy who just wanted whatever was best for me! Had been to other dealerships that were full of typical cars salesmen and Rory was definitely a breath of fresh air. Seriously need more people like Rory in this industry. Thanks again.
Rory is fabulous. Much better service than other Suzuki dealerships I attended. Not high pressure to purchase and very helpful.
Went in to test drive a Toyota Camry and unfortunately it's not really mechanically sound. I know it will cost a fair bit of money to repair it and the noise was coming from the engine. Having your own mechanics and this not being fixed tells me it is going to cost a lot of money. I never even drove it out of the yard because I knew it wasn't a wise choice and I would have regretted purchasing it. It's sad really because I was really hoping it was the one, but no luck. purchased car in 2021 with the feature of capped price servicing, wondered why the servicing costs went up so high so looked into it and they have denied capped price servicing is available at all, even though it was a key 'peace of mind' selling feature for me, and the log book given to me at purchase literally says the same (5 year/ 100,000km capped price servicing and lists criteria that covers my car very clearly) that I have capped price servicing for my car. - Buyers remorse is real right now as they are treating it li... read more
