After raising concerns firmly in was advised that my tone was not respectful. Meanwhile reading the reviews I not other travellers found that the management are rude and abrasive. Here are the list of concerns. 1. Musty smell inside 2. Wet towels in the washing machine 3. Iron doesn't work 4. Premises was not clean WiFi not working 5. Unable to access carpark initially which resulted in issues locating our parking space 6. Bathroom flooded 7.
