I stayed here whilst my son was in hospital. The manager Reece was amazing. He was so accommodating and attentive to our situation. You are a lovely young man and I feel lucky to have met you. The rooms were spotless. They were bright and airy. Beds comfortable. With washing machine and dryer also cooking facilities made our stay so easy. Thank you Reece and Q Square. I can’t recommend you enough.
We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The staff were rude and aggressive, and we felt completely unwelcome from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff even made racist comments, which was shocking and unacceptable. Our room was on the ground floor, and we could hear constant noise from the street, including pedestrians, making it very difficult to rest. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and we would never stay here again. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
