Just walked in as I usually have in the past. I live in Boston but when I see my client in plympton, I try to visit q spa. Today 10/24 11:48 am it was very busy there like they were having an event or something. I went to the counter and the lady asked if I had an appointment. I said no I’m walking in. She shooed me away and said we can’t take you. I’m appalled. That was very rude. Never going back. That is not how you treat people!

Would give 0 stars if I could. WORST dip manicure I’ve ever had. Was at the salon for 2 hours. Made it very clear I wanted short nails and had to ask three times to make them shorter. They were so incredibly thick. I didn’t have time to sit there for any longer so I called on my way home to ask if they could fix it the next morning or issue a refund. I visit Q Spa once or twice a year when I visit Plymouth, and I always it. The space is nicely decorated and scrupulously clean. The staff are kind and welcoming and do excellent work. (I like neon colors which require a lot of attention to detail.) I always get the Q Spa Pedicure, which is a luxurious and relaxing experience including hand and chair massage as well as for your legs. She was clearly new as each step of pedicure she was told what to do, not great experience. My husband had a 30 min foot massage with callus removal and she barely rubbed him and he still had all his calluses . If you want a foot massage I don’t recommend this place. They were nice and it was clean but not worth the money.
