Horrible, horrible experience. They completely overcharge on all services no matter what it says online or on the board inside the store. There are many other businesses in the surrounding area that provide the same quality of service at a much better price.
LAN}#2 is a great addition to Q. I have had wonderful experiences with her. She is very kind and does a super job with my gel mani and reg pedicure. She is also a talented artist! I will continue to follow her no mater where! Give her a try!
I had a manicure and pedicure with vegan polish, but it chipped off the very next day. Due to work commitments, I wasn't able to return to the spa until a few days later. When I went to request a re-polish, I explained the issue to the receptionist. She asked one of the technicians in their language, and the technician replied, "Sorry, we can't do it." I’ve been to a couple of places, but the best experience I’ve had so far has been here, with Miss Lan. She is truly amazing. She knows exactly what she’s doing, and I absolutely love how my nails turn out every time. I’ve tried other salons after coming here, but I was never fully satisfied. I always end up coming back to Miss Lan — no one compares. She’s a wonderful professional, my nails always look perfect, and they last a long time.
After looking for a new pedicure spot I finally found one! This place was great! Super clean and cute salon. Everyone working there was so nice. Shirley removed the gel on my toes so gently it was perfect. 10s across the board.
