Very bad clinic, poor quality and unprofessional dentist. The worst experience ever. No respect for patients time and privacy.
Made an appointment over two weeks ago with a representative named Alyssa. I show up today for my appointment because I was scheduled to go to Quincy and although they collected my information, I suddenly don’t have an appointment to be seen. Sat here for 15 minutes just for them to tell me that. No apologies or attempts to make it better. I wasted a Saturday morning just coming here. Will not be giving this place a second chance. Yes the warm towel is cool. Great place overall
Great experience! From the Front Desk to the Dentist! I have to say the hygienist/dental assistant, Jennifer is really the best. She did an amazing job on my deep cleaning! She’s very thorough and really care about the customers! I really didn’t want to write another review to make Jen too busy since she has been working too hard already. But she really deserves it! Not so many hygienists really care about their patients, most of them just work for money or wait until the day ends at other dental places. Seriously!
