Everyone we talked to and dealt with was polite and professional. Options were explained, no fun and games with pricing. Techs were on time, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves. They even offered to work late to finish the install. Will update this spring when it gets hot and the system is charged.
They had my AC up and running with a new motor in a jiffy, always arrived on time, came in at the estimate, and even threw in free hard-to-find-sized filters for my unit. 1 year guarantee. Really great service, nice guy, fast and efficient. I'm sure to use them again, although I hope not soon.
Very professional, friendly and much quicker than I expected. Also did a great job explaining what he was doing.
