Fantastic services. Michael turned up at the zoom on time. He reviewed my contract and answered all my questions I had. It was my first property purchase through my SMSF so I was a little nervous but he put my mind at ease. Being local helped a lot. I later then took my legal advice from another of his colleagues and she was just as organised and helpful with my will. We had a horrible experience with Q Law. Terry Chang was our lawyer, and once he received the payment and we signed the contract, he barely did any work afterwards. It has now been eight months of chasing him to get reimbursed for the council rates we paid for the period before we moved into the new property. He keeps giving us endless excuses for why he hasn’t done it. Everyone is busy, but we all get paid to do our jobs. Unfortunately, he has been a terrible lawyer to deal with. While going through the process of buying my first house, Nick was there every step of the way. I never had to reach out or follow up on information, he was very proactive. Nick also always had time for any and all questions which was really helpful as I had no idea what I was doing or what to expect with going through this process for my first home.
