I'm sad to be giving this review but as a customer who has been coming for 5 years now, I am extremely disappointed woth my nails as I had received them 2 days ago but the nail tech only did one layer so I can see the nail underneath the gold. Then I called for a touch up the lady didn't listen to me as I have an acrylic set and asking for a touch up she asked me shellac or regular and then proceeded to tell me regular chips faster when I have archaic and it doesn't start to chip until 2 weeks in hence why I get them. Great experience, always professional fast and amazing job.
I recently went in for a full set of nail extensions and had a very disappointing experience. I asked for one specific colour, but the technician added a different one and then charged me extra for it. When I mentioned that I wasn’t happy with the result, she just said, “I can give you one more coat,” without really listening to my concern. I also pointed to a nail polish colour that one of the staff members was wearing and said I wanted that one.
