Terrible experience had an appointment at 12 didn’t get seen for an hour later and then got a 20-30 minute pedicure that wasn’t even good, my toes are ripped up and they didn’t get get the dead skin off. Was touching my feet and then the phone, using dirty gloves for to set up for other people. I won’t be going back

Fire Austin. 30$ to get gel nails removed is insane. My nails are paper thin, all different lengths and my nail “artist” couldn’t speak a lick of English. Environment is dirty and very unsanitary, I will not be coming back.

Booked an appointment, was sat 45 min after appointment time. No hot water so our pedi baths were cold. Had to insist that my family and I be sat together. (Booked the appointment the day before for 5 of us, this wasn’t a surprise) tech used the SAME FILE on my feet as the person beside me 🤢 horrendous service. Never going back. NO STARS.

I asked them not to cut my big toe nails back and just work the ski around because of my in grown toenails but they cut then back way to much and a day later they are diggimg back into the skin not happy at all with this place
