I have never had a more horrible experience than this Q Nails. I decided to get my acrylic fill done here a couple weeks ago. The older lady not only did a horrible job shaping my nails (they were all filed crooked) but she gouged my nail beds so bad that there are deep grooves and very dark red lines. I've had my nails done every two weeks for the past decade and I have never had this. It is absolutely ignorant and careless for a nail tech to grind into the nail like this.
