Honestly, if I could give 1000 stars I would. I have been going to this location for over 7 years, specifically seeing snow. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Snow never disappoints and always does my nails the exact way I want them.
I have been going to Qnails Ellerslie for over five years now and would never trust anyone else with my nails! Snow is amazing and always nails it! They are all such nice people and always open to feedback and trying new designs or mixing colours to get the perfect shade. It’s very clean and they recently upgraded all their furniture and equipment. I have always recommended their services and will continue to do so!
Today I walked into Q nails and asked regular Mani pedi without any nail colour. The girl name Emma or Anna (couldn't understand ) cut my nails so short and then filed my skin with nails as I screamed a bit with pain. The girl named Daisy did my feet which is okay and better than my hands. I paid $63 came home with pain and a cut under my finger. I am already recovering from a major surgery and wanted to pamper myself. Very disappointed. They didn't card about the cut on my finger. Look at the picture
First of all, stop talking in your language in front of your customers specially in an argument. You live in canada, if you want to talk in your language then do it when non-speakers are not there.
