worst nail salon experience I have ever had. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I was disappointed because the nail color I received was completely different from the one I chose. I pointed it out, but it wasn’t corrected. If you’re paying for a service, you should get exactly what you ask for.

Took my daughter here day before Mexico. Nails were falling off one day into the trip. Had no nails left by the third day. She was not gentle at all with the prep work. Pulled away multiple times. She was answering her phone and face timing during the whole appointment. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning .

Giving this place one star is being far too generous. This is by far the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I went in simply to have my existing color removed and get a French manicure. I ended up spending over two hours in the salon and left with the worst nails I have ever had. My cuticles were bleeding, and my nails were cut so short that my skin was actually cut and is now visible under my nails. Such a bad experience we have with them. They were not polite even though was making us uncomfortable. Moreover there nailpaint is removing on its own. Theh were like we don’t have this nailpaint and all that we can’t match the color. They were so rude to us and expensive comparative to their product . I request everyone not to go there.
