I came in for a pedicure and selected a specific magnetic pink shade from the swatch wheel. What I received looked nothing like what I chose—there was no depth, no shimmer shift, and the polish was uneven and blotchy. It looked rushed and poorly applied, with none of the finish I expected. Not happy with Q Nails at all. I called 3 weeks ago for an appointment for 530 pm. They close at 7 pm. I know I booked for a late time but it was the only time my friend and I could go after work. They did not allow my friend and I to sit together despite being the only ones in the salon. When one of the ladies was working on my nails she kept checking the clock.
