Not happy with Q Nails at all. I called 3 weeks ago for an appointment for 530 pm. They close at 7 pm. I know I booked for a late time but it was the only time my friend and I could go after work. They did not allow my friend and I to sit together despite being the only ones in the salon. When one of the ladies was working on my nails she kept checking the clock. Worst place to get your nails done. Save your money and go somewhere else! Rolled her eyes at me because i didn’t choose a nail colour immediately. Wouldn’t talk and even after the service tipped a $20, no thank you or nothing. Just save your money. There’s plenty of nail salons that treat their customers with respect. In and without a hi told me to wash my hands and then the owner came up and made sure i could afford the service.
