I booked ahead for two pedicures and the woman on the phone was lovely. When we arrived the staff, especially the manager, was rude and dismissive. I sat in the pedicure chair for 20 minutes before anyone came to help me despite having called prior to book our pedicures. The pedicure itself was well done however the disrespectful attitude of the staff towards us ruined the experience.
I pop in here every 3 weeks or so for a Mani Pedi and it's such a highlight of the month for me. Leaning back in the massage chair while getting my calves and shins exfoliated and moisturized feels amazing, and I like to play with different designs on my finger nails. Most recently I showed my nail tech Tina these little strawberry nails I found on Pinterest and she did such a great job. They're so whimsical and pretty. One of my favorite places to go in morinville.

Its been 3.5 weeks since I got a mani/pedi w shellac and my nails are still solid! I've tried so many nail salons, and my nails never lasted 2 weeks, either peeling off or chip.. Q nails was quick, clean and took the time to clean up my nails to look flawless. Very good price point, too. Ill be booking in the next few days and I can't wait! Thank you for the wonderful service ladies! Keep up the good work!
