I had the best experience at Q Nails Albany! Tiffany Anna Tran went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her attention to detail, friendly personality, and incredible skill truly stood out. My nails have never looked better, and the service was absolutely excellent. I felt welcomed, relaxed, and completely taken care of. If you’re looking for beautiful nails and top-notch customer service, Tiffany is the one to see! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending her to everyone I know.
A very uncomfortable experience. The furnishings are oddly dated given the location. Then the focus was on constant upselling of additional services - to the point of being critical and rude. Two stars for variety of polish colours but will not be back.
